Filter Options

Available Filter Criteria

When using the Filters panel, you can search by:

  • Customer name

  • Verification status

  • Date range (onboarding date)

  • Risk level

  • Customer type (Individual, Organisation)

  • Other custom criteria based on your setup

Viewing Inactive Customers

To include customers who have revoked their permission to you:

Steps:

  1. Open the Filters panel

  2. Select the "Include inactive customers" checkbox

  3. Click "Apply"

Note: Inactive customers are those who have revoked their permission for you to access their information. When a customer revokes permission, they remove your ability to view their identity verification details and risk assessments. They will not appear in standard searches unless this option is selected.

Search Tips and Best Practices

Effective Name Searching

For best results:

  • Use the customer's full name as it appears in their records

  • Try variations if you're unsure of exact spelling (e.g., "Smith" vs "Smyth")

  • Use partial names if searching for common surnames

  • Search by first name if you remember it more clearly

Using Filters Efficiently

Best practices:

  • Combine multiple filter criteria to narrow results

  • Use date ranges when searching for recently onboarded customers

  • Apply risk level filters when reviewing compliance requirements

  • Remember to clear filters between searches to avoid missing results

Managing Large Result Sets

If you have many customers:

  • Use more specific search criteria

  • Apply date range filters to focus on recent customers

  • Sort results by clicking column headers (if available)

  • Use the inactive customer filter strategically
