This guide outlines the requirements for submitting your company logo to be displayed in the VerifiMe Customer Portal and on customer-facing verification pages.

Logo Requirements

File Format

Accepted Formats:

  • PNG - Supports transparency for seamless integration with various backgrounds

  • JPG/JPEG - Suitable for logos with solid backgrounds

  • SVG - Ideal for scalability and maintaining quality at any size

Not Accepted:

  • PDF files

  • Word documents

  • Low-resolution screenshots

  • Compressed or corrupted files

Image Quality Standards

Resolution: Minimum width 500px

Your logo will appear in:

  • Customer Portal header/navigation

  • Customer-facing verification pages

How to Submit Your Logo

Steps:

  1. Prepare your logo file according to the specifications above

  2. Name the file clearly (e.g., "CompanyName_Logo.png")

  3. Send the file to: [email protected]

  4. Include your company name and account details in the email

Email Subject Line: "Logo Submission - [Your Company Name]"

What to Include in Your Email

  • Company name (as registered in VerifiMe)

  • Primary contact person

  • Logo file attachment

  • Alternative logo versions (if applicable)

Important: Logo submissions will only be accepted from registered account administrators. Please ensure the submission email is sent from an authorized administrator email address.


Timeline and Updates

Initial Setup

  • Submit logo during account setup or onboarding

  • Allow 24 hours for logo integration

  • We will notify you once your logo is live in the system

Logo Updates

If you need to update your logo:

  1. Email new logo file to [email protected]

  2. Reference "Logo Update" in subject line

  3. Include your company name and account details

  4. Specify effective date if applicable

  5. Allow 2-3 business days for implementation
