Important Notice
Your VerifiMe wallet functionality is limited without 2FA setup. You must configure an authenticator app, passkey, or other 2FA method to access the full management portal.
What You'll Need
Before you begin, ensure you have:
Access to the email address you used when first registering with VerifiMe
A smartphone with an authenticator app installed (recommended: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy)
Setup Process
Step 1: Access Your Wallet
Click on the organisation-specific link you received when first registering with VerifiMe
Enter the email address you originally used with VerifiMe
Check your email inbox and click the verification link
Once verified, you'll be taken to your wallet containing your identity card
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
In your wallet dashboard, locate and click Settings
Step 3: Set Up Your Authenticator App
If you see that no 2FA method is currently active, click Change or Add New
A QR code will be displayed on your screen
Open your authenticator app on your smartphone
Scan the QR code using your authenticator app
Your app will generate a 6-digit code for VerifiMe
Enter this code in the verification field to confirm setup
Step 4: Test Your 2FA Setup
Log out of your VerifiMe account completely
Return to the VerifiMe Customer Portal
Enter your email address
When prompted, open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code
Verify that you can successfully log in
Step 5: Access the Management Portal
Once 2FA is successfully configured, you can now access the full management portal at:
Production: https://client-portal.verifime.com
You'll need:
Your registered email address
The current 6-digit code from your authenticator app

Code not working?
Ensure your phone's time is synchronised correctly for accurate code generation
Wait for a fresh code to generate (codes refresh every 30 seconds)
QR code won't scan?
Look for a manual entry option in your authenticator app
Try adjusting your screen brightness or phone camera angle
Lost access to your authenticator?
Keep backup codes in a secure location if provided during setup
