What You'll Need
Before you begin, make sure you have:
The email address you used to create your wallet
Access to either:
Your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) with your wallet set up, OR
Your device with passkey enabled (fingerprint, face recognition, or PIN)
Access to your email inbox (for secure login links)
A web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge recommended)
Step-by-Step Login Process
Step 1: Navigate to the Wallet Login Page
You have two options to access the login page:
Option A: Use Your Welcome Email
Open the welcome email sent to you by your service provider
Either:
Click the "Access Your ID Wallet" link in the email, OR
Use your mobile device's camera to scan the QR code and tap the notification
This will take you directly to the login page
Option B: Navigate Directly
Open your web browser
Go to the wallet login page at portal.verifime.com
You'll see the login screen
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address you used to create your wallet
Click "Continue"
Step 3: Authenticate Your Identity
Choose the authentication method you set up when creating your wallet:
Method A: Using Your Authenticator App
Open your authenticator app on your mobile device
Find the entry for your ID Wallet
Enter the 6-digit code displayed in the app into the code field
Click "Send Me A Secure Link"
Check your email inbox for the secure login link
Click the secure link in your email to access your wallet
Note: The authenticator code refreshes every 30 seconds. If it expires before you enter it, simply use the new code displayed.
Method B: Using Your Passkey
Click "Use Passkey" button
Your device will prompt you to verify your identity using:
Fingerprint scan, OR
Face recognition, OR
Device PIN
Follow your device's prompts to complete authentication
Step 4: Access Your Wallet Dashboard
Once authenticated successfully, you'll see your wallet dashboard displaying:
Your verified identity documents
Recent sharing activity
Wallet settings and preferences
