Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the verification email

  • Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive

  • If still not received, restart the login process

My verification link expired

  • Verification links are only valid for 15 minutes

  • Simply start the login process again from Step 1

My authenticator code isn't working

  • Ensure you're entering the code before it refreshes (codes change every 30 seconds)

  • Verify you're looking at the correct entry in your authenticator app

  • Check that your device's time is set correctly (authenticator codes are time-based)

I don't have an authenticator app set up

  • You should have received authenticator setup instructions during your initial account registration

  • If you missed this step or lost access to your authenticator app, contact our support team immediately

  • We'll verify your identity and provide you with a new QR code to reconfigure your authenticator

  • We can also guide you through setting up a passkey as an alternative

  • Do not attempt to create a new account - contact support to regain access to your existing account

Security Tips

  • For your security, we may occasionally request additional verification steps if we detect unusual activity, access from a new location, or changes to your account. This is normal and helps protect your account from unauthorized access.

  • Keep your email account secure with a strong password

  • Don't click on verification links in unexpected emails

  • Log out when finished, especially on shared devices

  • Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
