Use this when: the client is already known to you, the matter is straightforward, and they have some awareness of the requirement — typically because they have already received the notification email above.
Before you send: replace all [bracketed placeholders], including [Matter Name] and [matter description]; insert your organisation's invite link (see: Inviting Customers to VerifiMe); delete the entity paragraph if you know the client is engaging in a personal capacity only.
Who sends it: you, from your own email address — send it from the person handling the matter, so the request is recognisable to the client.
What it explains to your client: that verification is a legal requirement for this particular matter; that VerifiMe checks their documents in real time against the issuing authority; and the two steps clients most often miss — the entity question at the end of the process, and pressing Submit & Share to finish.

Two things to note before you begin
You will be verified as an individual first. At the final step you will be asked whether you also need to verify a business or trust. If you are engaging us on behalf of a company, trust, SMSF or partnership, select Yes and have the relevant documents to hand — the trust deed, or the company's ACN or ABN. If you are engaging us in a personal capacity only, select No.
When you have worked through every step, please press Submit & Share. This is the action that sends your verification to us, and the process is not complete until you have done so.
