Integrating Your Link on Your Website

As a Button

Create a clear button with text like "Complete Verification" or "Verify Your Identity" and place it on customer onboarding pages, client portal areas, or account setup workflows.

As a Text Link

Embed your link within instructional text such as "Click here to complete your identity verification" in your FAQ section, help center articles, or customer dashboard.

Important Information About Your Links and Codes

Your Links and Codes Never Change

Your No Code QR Code, Linked Invitation, and Invitation Code are all permanent—you only need to download or integrate them once, and they continue working indefinitely with no need for updates.

Customer Session Details

  • If customers complete email verification but don't finish document verification, they can return to the same link on the same device and browser without repeating email verification

  • Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity

  • If the session expires after email verification, customers must verify their email again

Best Practices

For No Code QR Codes:

  • Test before printing large quantities

  • Ensure minimum 2cm x 2cm size for easy scanning

  • Include brief instructions near the QR code

  • Place in well-lit, accessible locations

For Linked Invitations:

  • Use clear, action-oriented language

  • Test links regularly

  • Include context about why verification is needed

  • Set clear expectations for completion time

  • Provide contact information for support

For Invitation Codes:

  • Display the code clearly in an easy-to-read font

  • Include instructions: "Visit customer-portal.verifime.com and enter code: [YOUR CODE]"

  • Double-check the code for accuracy when sharing verbally

  • Consider using the code format as displayed (with any hyphens or spacing)

General Tips:

  • Keep instructions simple and concise

  • Make invitations easily accessible

  • Consider customer convenience when choosing between QR codes, links, and codes

  • Monitor completion rates to optimize your approach
