You've received a verification request from a service provider who needs to confirm your identity. Completing this request creates your VerifiMe Wallet—a secure digital identity you control and can share with other service providers in the future.

The process takes 5–10 minutes. You can save your progress and return later if needed.

Access to your email. Make sure you can access this account during this process.

One or two identity documents. Your service provider will specify which documents they require. Accepted documents include:

A device with a camera. You'll need to photograph your identity documents and take a selfie for verification. Use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with:

Click the link in the email from your service provider (or wherever they've provided access to it) and you will be taken to a VerifiMe registration page where you need to enter your email to continue.

A message will appear indicating that you have been sent an email and how long the email verification link will last before it is invalid. From this screen you can also request the email to be resent if necessary.

Go to your email inbox to follow the steps in the email message that you have been sent. Click on the tab or scan the QR code in the email and you will be re-directed to the VerifiMe Instruction Page which will explain the documents you need. Click continue to be taken to the verification portal.

Provide your personal information as requested. This typically includes your full name, date of birth, and residential address.

Make sure you have all the documents required to complete the identity verification process. Photograph or upload clear images of the identity documents specified by your service provider. Ensure all text is legible and the entire document is visible. Review the information captured by the system to make sure it's correct.

Follow the prompts to take a selfie. This confirms you're the person shown on your identity documents. If you cannot complete this step, select More Options to skip it.

Confirm you're happy to share your identity information for verification and that you understand this information and result may be stored for a set period. You may also be asked to add another entity if you're transacting with the service provider via a company or trust.
