What You Need to Know
You've been added as an associated party for a business entity and need to complete your identity verification. This process will take about 10-15 minutes and requires:
A smartphone or computer with camera
Government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
Good lighting for taking photos
Important: Use the Correct Email
โ ๏ธ You must use the same email address that received this invitation to create your account. Using a different email will cause issues with the verification process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Your Wallet
Click the invite link in your email
Create your account using the email address that received the invitation
Log into your digital wallet
Step 2: Navigate to Verification
You'll see a screen when you first log in
Press "Cancel" (this is intentional)
Look for a card that says "Action Required"
Click on the "Action Required" card
Click "Revise and Try Again"
Step 3: Confirm Your Information
You'll see a screen showing the information already collected about you:
Your name
Your address
Your date of birth
Review this information for accuracy
Press "Continue"
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
Follow the prompts to upload your identification documents
Take clear photos of your ID (both front and back if required)
Ensure all text is readable and the image is not blurry
Upload any additional documents requested
Step 5: Take Your Selfie
Position your face in the camera frame
Follow the on-screen instructions
Ensure good lighting and remove any obstructions (hats, sunglasses, etc.)
Take the selfie when prompted
Step 6: Complete and Submit
Review all your information and documents
Press "Complete"
Press "Submit and Share"
You can now close the application
What Happens Next?
Your verification will be processed (usually within 24 hours)
You'll receive a confirmation email when complete
The business entity you're associated with will be able to proceed with their application
