Overview
You have successfully completed the initial verification process, which means we have your credentials and verification checks on file. However, to share your verification information with service providers, you need to grant specific permissions through our consent layer.
What are permissions? Permissions in VerifiMe are part of our consent framework. By granting permission, you authorise the sharing of:
Verification outcomes
Biometric markers
Essential information
Results from government database checks
As well as storage of the information for a period of time
Step-by-Step Permission Process
Step 1: Access Your Original Link
Click on the original link you received from your service provider when you originally were requested to complete the verification
Step 2: Complete Email Verification
You will land on the "Welcome to VerifiMe" page
Enter your email address in the required field if not already there
Click Continue
This will trigger an invitation email to be sent to your inbox.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for the verification email from VerifiMe
Important: If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder
Open the email and click on the "Verify Email Address" link
Step 4: Grant Permission in Your Wallet
Once email verification is complete, you will be directed to your VerifiMe wallet, where you can see your identity information.
Option A: Direct Permission Request
Look for a permission request from the requesting company
Click the Grant Permission button in the bottom right corner
Option B: Manual Permission Search If you don't see the permission request immediately:
Click on the Permissions tab in the left-hand menu
Search for your service provider by name
Follow the prompts to complete the permission granting process
Step 5: Confirmation
Once you've successfully granted permission, the process is complete. Your verification information can now be shared with the authorized service provider according to their specific requirements.
