Adding Entities to Your VerifiMe Wallet & Granting Permissions

Overview

Your VerifiMe wallet allows you to store and manage verified credentials for multiple entities beyond your personal identity. You can add companies, trusts, SMSFs, or any other business you operate and control to streamline due diligence requests.

Adding a New Entity to Your Wallet

Step 1: Access Your Wallet

You can add entities in two ways:

Step 2: Sign In

Since you already have a VerifiMe account, you'll be prompted to log in using:

  • Your passkey, OR

  • Your authenticator application

Step 3: Add Your New Entity

  1. Once logged in, you'll see your wallet's home screen

  2. Next to your personal identity card, click "Set up a new identity"

  3. Select the appropriate entity type from the pop up menu:

    • Company

    • Trust

    • SMSF

    • Other business entity

  4. Complete the verification process by providing all required information

  5. Submit your application for verification

Granting Permissions to Service Providers

After you have added your new entity, you can grant permissions to service providers who need to complete customer due diligence checks on it.

How to Grant Permissions

  1. Navigate to "Permissions" in the left-hand menu

  2. Select the entity card you want to permission (personal or business entity)

  3. Click "New Permission"

  4. Search for the organisation requesting access

  5. Click "Grant Permission" to complete the process

Your verified credentials are securely stored and only shared with organisations you explicitly authorise.
